Possibly the most famous song ever written by the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Anthony Kiedis wrote the lyrics to this song in hopes of expressing his loneliness and dependency on narcotics. He discussed how he often bought his drugs "under a bridge". Kiedis was initially reluctant to place the song on "Blood Sugar Sex Magik," stating that the feeling and emotion didn't match the other songs on the album. John Frusciante eventually helped write the guitar part for the song.
I learned how to play this song my 2nd year of college I believe. My friend Jerry taught me it, and it is something I'm really proud of. It consists of four unique guitar phrases. It took a lot of dedication and practice, and I still can't really play it perfect.
I figure it would be a fun song to teach to someone though.
First, learn how to strum:

School is Stressfool
I spelled stressful wrong on purpose. But yeah, school is way too stressful. I'm in Business Admin concentrating in General Management right now. So many things to care of. I'm taking upper division classes now that I'm a third year, and these classes are tough. A lot of good professors, but of course a lot of bad ones too.
Things stressing me out:
-Enrolling into classes for Spring Quarter. They really need to make this process easier. Also, being a business major, it's known that before your enrollment date even comes classes are full. It's come to the point where the Business Dpt. is offering alternative classes in Econ and Polisci in order for us to actually stay full-time students. It's ridiculous. I don't want to take a Polisci class, wtf.
-Class in general. Yup.
-Too many parties to be at
-Round 2 of midterms comin' up
There are a few ways to handle stress just from personal experience. Sleep earlier, take breaks, and workout. Also..
I also discovered that a really good way to release stress is to scream like a mudda assho. Just yell whatever you want. Yesterday I screamed my roommate "You better shut up right now." He wasn't even saying anything.

Pull-ups Are Insane
Pull-ups are my favorite workout. They create tremendous results. The bad thing about pull-ups is that..not many people can do them. The fact is that pull-ups take a long time to get used to.
Our bodies don't get to pull our own body weight up very often. Unless you're a rock climber, you probably don't need to be able to pull yourself up. However, pull-ups are an insane all-around body workout. They work out your lats, back, biceps, abs, and your upper chest.
Here are some basics on how to start your pull-up regiment.

The best way to start doing pull-ups everyday is to actually practice and do them. Hell, if you can only do one, do one. However, you need to build on this and up your count as often as you can. If you can only do 5 in a row, do 5 in a row once in the morning, lunch, and at night time. Bam, you're up to 15 a day. Make pull-ups a daily habit. This is the best habit you can have for yourself both physically and mentally.

Skateboard Bearings are Very Stubborn
You can totally just destroy your skateboard with everyday riding. You can skate on dirt, over rocks, over cracks, throw it against the wall, ollie on it, etc, and the board will still hold up. The ONLY thing on a skateboard that needs some sort of maintenance are your bearings.
The common misconception is that bearings make you skate faster. Straight up, this isn't true. You can call me stupid, you can deny it, but it just isn't true. You might think that buying Bones Ceramics (these cost a bajillion dollars) will make you skate faster than someone, but I could probably blow right by you with generic bearings. The speed at which your bearings spin, how lubricated they are, and what type they are really only matters when you're at high speeds. Everyday pushing, nah, it won't matter. So save your money and just buy some Bones Reds.
Back to maintenance; rain, dirt, and everyday wear and tear can corrode your bearings. Rain will rust your bearings, dirt will slow down your balls, and everyday usage will shorten the life span. This is why, you should definitely clean your bearings whenever you have the free time.

This video resembles most what I typed up, and is probably the most effective way to clean bearings:
